Snapping street scenes in Barcelona

The Ciutat Vella (Old City) of Barcelona is a maze of authentic buildings and small businesses and as the sun came up on a walk through the fairly empty streets in December 2014 I had the chance to get some snaps of the pretty narrow alleyways that make up the area:
Sunlit streets in December, Barcelona, Spain.
I love the little hidden doorways dotted around the Old City of Barcelona.
I love all the details – people’s laundry hanging out of windows, small plants and flowers on window ledges…. beautiful.
A shocking splash of purple in a narrow street of pastel coloured buildings
Early morning trader walks between main roads in the Old City
They look so similar to India especially the laundry and the plants in the balconies and window sills. Lovely pictures, I love early morning strolls too, when everything is quiet and you can actually hear the landscapes speak 🙂
Great photos, Ciutat Vella it’s a fantastic place to shoot! I’m a photography lover from Barcelona here you have my blog in case you want to check it! Thanks! http://www.claudiaserra.wordpress.com
