It is the fourth week of lockdown in the UK in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Here lockdown is a more relaxed version of what is happening elsewhere and allows us out for exercise and to supermarkets. I bought a load of tulips to cheer myself up (they are my favourite flower). Simple things make me very happy in the midst of this strange, strange period in our shared history.
