Tragedy does not define us
Ebola is sweeping West Africa and is destroying lives, systems and sadly hope for a better future. I love Sierra Leone, it is my second home. I have friends there, even family…. It upsets me to see the country gaining yet another unwelcome label. One it does not deserve. The country should be known for its beautiful scenery, resilient people and its opportunities for the future. Tragedy should not define this beautiful nation. Spread the word; Sierra Leone is about far more than disease, war or corruption. This is a nation well worth loving. Get well soon Sierra Leone.

I like the photos defining the good face of hard realities. Tragedy? In places the peoples hearts are so full of love that happines only can exist!
